Objects can be of almost any shape or geometry are produced from digital 3D model data or another electronic data source such as an Additive Manufacturing File (AMF) file.

Computer Aided Engineering

Computer-aided engineering (CAE) is the broad usage of computer software to aid in engineering analysis tasks. It includes finite element analysis (FEA), computational fluid dynamics (CFD), multibody dynamics (MBD), and optimization. The sole purpose of this process is to evaluate the product design, determine stresses, deformation, and useful life and failure characteristics within little numerical iteration. Our design engineers are capable of understanding the FEA and its design problems, hence minimizing the design trials we are able to deliver the final product to our clients in minimum steps.


Reverse Engineering

The concept behind reverse-engineering is breaking something down in order to understand it, build a copy or improve it. The reverse-engineering process involves measuring an object and then reconstructing it as a 3D model. We work with existing product to reproduce it for better functionality or make a copy of this. We have design experts who can model the existing product exactly in 3D , so that the product can be reproduced by Molding ,Casting or other manufacturing process.
